    Not quite. You go back to Chicago and you sell more lemonade, because it fattened your wallet.

    U2 is a business. They go where they make money. The people themselves don't deserve to be called selfish because its not selfish to want if you can't control whether or not you get it. I want to win the lottery, that's not selfish. Yes, I want a new car more than I want someone else to get a new car. Because I'm living my own life, and the more times I get to see U2, the happier I'll be.

    The fact of the matter is that we don't have any control over what they decide to do. We can only hope that they drop the Claw where we can afford to see it, and if that's not in your area, I'm very sorry to hear that. I understand that you don't think its fair, and to a pretty high degree, perhaps it's really not "fair". But it's a money situation for the band/business, and if you're not satisfied, I'm sure there's a customer service line for you to dial

    What would be inappropriate is if Europeans/Americans/what have you began to complain that The Claw was not making a stop there again. Nobody's doing that now- they're hoping that it WILL come. It would be INSANE not to hope for that. IF IT DOESNT, and THEN people complain, then they're out of line, because they've had ample opportunity to see the show or perhaps have even seen the show before, whereas other countries have had no such luck.

    How about doing very big European and North American tours. (Not for this tour, it's too late now) Or they could split it up some how. Then U2 can have their money and the fans are all able to go to the show.
  3. u2 are a european band and cracked europe/america simultaneously which is rare. of course they are going to play ireland uk holland france etc more as the origional fanbase is there. i think its a sort of loyalty card. still arunteed sell outs-making money.
  4. I think this tour could continue for quite a long while, and by this tour, I mean the same stage.

    For starters it really is the pinnicle. What could possibily beat it?
    Then there is also the fact that this is the first tour not to be named after a song/album.
    Also due to the fact it can cater to larger audiences and therefor less shows, they can do a complete tour leg of 18 dates in like 5 or 6 weeks leaving plenty of time to see kids/work on other projects and enjoy their lives.

    Long live the 360 Tour I say!

    that same thought has crossed my mind, but leave it to U2 to come up with something completely new and mindblowing. But, really this does seem to be the culmination of what they've been trying to do with stadiums, it contains the spectacle of Zoo TV, the awe of Popmart, with the intimacy of Elevation/Vertigo. It would be pretty cool if they stuck with it, but then again U2 doesn't stick with the same thing for too long (although, that is certainly up for debate)

    What's the point in that? If there is extra demand for more concerts in Europe and North America, then they have a reason to do another leg. I wouldn't think that Australia has an overwhelming demand because you could had a 3rd gig in every city, but unfortunately, the ticket sales weren't as high as expected. Doing 1 leg in each of Europe and North America is simply not enough.

    If you look at previous tours, there was everytime just one European leg and always two american legs. So this is the first time.
    Btw. we could wish anything, but U2 will do it on their own, don't the? If they made 7 european legs, don't blame us but them I'd be happy but it will never happen. Btw. they came to my country just once (in 1997). How many times they were in Japan, Australia, New Zealand? They had more shows in South Africa than in my country.

    As you probably can tell, I didn't like the two North American legs thing that happened every tour.

    And I suppose Eastern Europe can have another tour, because they barely tour there. Poland is Eastern Europe, right?
