1. So..let's moan about the setlist.

    I want So Cruel.
  2. I wish the band would play Electrical Storm again.I wonder why they dropped it after only playing it 3 times ??

Can only presume they didn't like the sound of it. Or want to keep it really rare (but seeing as Bono forgets how often they've played anything, I doubt it)

"I'd like to introduce a little-known song, an album track we've never played before - it's called Pride (in The Name of Love)"

  5. For any Bruce Springsteen fans this will not come as news, but i'd be interested to see u2 try this concept

Bruce has been playing in a couple of his recent shows, and the current residency at Giants Stadium, his classic albums in their entirety. Born to Run night 1, Darkness on the Edge of Town night 2, and Born in the USA night 3. I know it would go against everything u2 does to try to be relevant with their new material, but how cool would it be to go to a show and know that they're going to play all of Achtung Baby on that night? An idea for a reunion tour down the road perhaps.

  6. I still contend that no matter what setlist they come up, some are going to say its not radical enough and others are going to say it hasn't got enough classics.

One song that hadn't been played for 16 years (UV), one song that hadn't been played for nearly 20 (UF), two songs hadn't been played at all (YBR, ES) and a couple of old-school regulars dropped completely, only appearing sporadically or being phased out (BTBS, NYD, Pride, IWF). What is so boring about this?

While I have my own beefs namely Elevation, SBS and the first quartet being stuff around, U2 have demonstrated diversity. Your Blue Room was a massively bold decision, given most people in the audience wouldn't have heard this before.

I say keep it up guys!
  7. Was I Will Follow played? Can't remember that.

I have seen Bruce many times.Hes fantastic live. But as someone pointed out earlier,U2 are not the E street band.Bruce turned 60,Bono told us at Giant Stadium 1,and he STILL plays for 3 hours.Amazing.
