1. HI GUYS
Very dissapointed with the show at wembley

no revolving stages 360degree my ass we had a good view of bonosass all night and we paid £90.0 per ticket

why on earth did they spend all that money on the rear of the stage when he only walked over to us once

very disspaointed to much echo and with or without was a disaster

edge everywhere bono out of tune and sounded like he was high on helium

i will not be seing the boys again and anyone who is behind the stge good luch cus you wont see much of the boys

    360dgree what a laugh

    very disspaointed fan
  2. I was at the back of the stage too once and it sucked too. They walked by two times and that was it. The 360 degrees only means people can sit anywhere imho, not have the same show.

Maybe we could make this a back of stage thread
  3. That's very unfortunate I still don't know where I'll be sitting (long story) but now that i read that I hope i'm not behind the stage. That sucks man, I feel for you. Is the stage supposed to revolve? I've been trying to avoid everything on the tour so it's more of a surprise to me when I see the show myself, but yeah, I don't know. Sounds like they were having an off night as well.
  4. I myself regret not sitting behind the stage at any of my shows. The band worked it well in Barcelona and there was rear seats in Dublin. Still wouldn't mind sitting behind bit no chance i'd pay 90 quid like you.

Stadium audio is always touch and go
  5. trouble is

we saved this hard earned money and i have the boys 7 times and this was not much better that the tour show a few years ago flat etc

dont get me wrong i saw bono on uk tv show plugging this and he bulled it up even the advert and computer set ups gavea glimse of some sort of revlving stage

they even had 2 bridges which were used Mmm oh yes once these revolved for M 5 secs and stopped and that was it

the only time the rear of the stage was used is when bono brought out the helpers gee wiz

they failed big time and for me and my hard earned cash it was a rip of unless you were at the front of the stage

    gud luck guys
  6. why didnt you get more frontal seats? There was plenty available. The band hasnt been working the setup enough though. Just confirms that the 360 setup was more to do with the extra income from increased capacities rather then testing new round in touring.
  7. I agree, they have to use the back of the stage more. It looks like they forget it sometimes

Indeed. That said, my friends from home who I met up with before the gig were seated to the back of the stage and they paid near-on £150 for a package deal with a local bus company (they offered me a spare but I was not paying that much, especially after I found out they had seats) and had the time of their lives. 'Spose it's what you make of it.
  9. i went with ticketmaster and told em i wanted the best that was availble so thats what they sold me

maybe its me expecting to much but the boys were not on top form it seemed as if bono could not wait to get off

    still

good luck all u guys who r going

    great set list

  10. whojbuy

you have got it spot on

it is a moneymaking thing to pay for the stage and what sometimes bono preaching that we shouild all save money and the eart and share cars and things but ye for once couldnt he just give a little bit back to the fans

When you want to buy something you should know what do you want to buy, not give a chance to the seller to sell you what he couldn't sell to anyone else.

In Zagreb they were everywhere around the stage, I was in the first row in front of The Edge and it happened when I didn't see Bono for 2 and half songs because he was somewhere at the back.

  12. Or, or, remember now, you can be fortunate for the fact that you were lucky enough to attend, unlike a lot of other less fortunate U2 fans.
