Yes, pretty accurate description. Bono said something like "We wanted POP to sound like a party album, but it ended up sounding like the album you play after the party" to describe the album. The truth is that it's a poor collection of brilliant songs

I've never been lucky enough to witness UTEOTW in a live concert, I wish I could hear it once
