  1. They should have went for di Resta instead since he has more of a connection with McLaren. Although Perez is good, I've just never been a fan of him.

    Hamilton to Mercedes though, that is the big talking point. He definitely won't do well next year, but Mercedes are predicted to do brilliantly in 2014 with the new engine rule change.

  4. Alonso, but just for the sake of emotion and excitement - not that I support him for being Spanish or something as you know. It's been a while since the championship wasn't decided on the last race, hasn't it?

    There have been a few last race deciders recently though. Just shows how good the sport is right now. Look at this season, eight different winners, seven of them in the first seven races.

    I hope Alonso wins. I don't have anything against Vettel, but Alonso really has done well this season in a car that isn't comparable to the Red Bull. It'd be a great race if Alonso clinched the title.
  6. Yeah, the first half of this season was amazing. And Alonso has performed extremely well given the technical limitations of his car. All of them drivers have seen that having the best car around is important, but the driver is at least (if not more) as important! And Alonso and Hamilton are probably the best drivers out there right now. I'd like to see Vettel struggle with a poor Ferrari
  7. Vettel being my favourite driver I still want him to win, not that I don't respect what Alonso has achieved this season in taking to the final race. I wonder how long Alonso will be willing to sit himself in what has been abit of a dog of a car for the last 2 seasons.

    Maybe/probably if he sits in a little better car (and keeps a good part of his luck) he can sweap them all off the map

  11. Alonso. I dislike Vettel. Vettel is probably going to win but Alonso just needs to go for it and hope for Vettel misfortune.
