1. Imho they should have done new elections months ago, they should put a deadline of 6 months after the election results.

    Negotiators have an agreement about splitting the constituency "Brussel-Halle-Vilvoorde".
    First important step and historical change, but there's still the financial law (I hope that's the correct term) to make the different communities more financially independant to be taken care of, the budget for 2012 with huge cutbacks due to the financial crisis,...
    So, long story short, still not a word about a potential government really
    Luckily we're only 461 days without one


    PS : democratic note : the deciscion about BHV was taken without Belgium's biggest political party, the N-VA.

As do I, but it won't happen without a lot of people making a lot of sacrifices that they're not willing to make because nobody is prepared to trust each other; a lack of trust admittedly founded on pretty reasonable grievances. Once again, well done to the British government post-1945! Doing the world the kind of favour we've specialised in over the years
