    Good evidence might be hard to find. I don't think one person killing another person is something for The Hague.

    The person who killed him acted on his own, the NTC's orders were to capture Gadaffi alive.

    Is there any solid evidence for who killed him?
  4. I am sure someone must have seen what happened. Plus they could match the slugs. But I doubt any of this will see a court. Was just pointing out the hypocrisy. here.

    From Gadaffi's view, he got what he wanted. To die as a martyr.

  7. Hardly something that would hold in a fair trial or not ? Am not defending Kadaffi, at all. But the guy who shot him the head is just like every other murderer we lock up. Kadaffi abused his power for decades, just to my point on that out in the open.
