1. Thousands of things can fuck humanity. Its a miracle we have made it this far.

  2. Well, if we continue like we do know with greenhouse gas emissions... We'll be 100% fucked. We need to change.

The thing is though, all the proposed measures so far, are very expensive, inefficient, and can cripple the economy.
  4. Do you do anything in this thread other than provide an inauthentic brick wall for any and all avenues of progression?

  5. We have no time to wait. And we certainly won't come up with better solutions if we don't try to. This is that kind of issue where I think government has to lead, because corporations are too shirt sighted and just want to make money.

  9. Well, I don't think they run away with huge bonuses.

Anyway, my main message was that global warming is a fact, those who deny it are stupid. It's very simple. It could also lead to humanity being decimated. I do think we'll survive as a species, because we are very adaptable. But in much smaller numbers.
  10. The're are a number of hard-liner eco-nuts who want humanity to exist in much smaller numbers.

  11. Possibly...

Well, some of them do. That's the kind of thing there should be good laws against.

I was thinking more of government as a whole. You don't run it like a business. If there's a surplus in the UK Cameron won't take it all and move to a tax haven.
