  1. Most electricians have some form of education. Unlicensed electricians arent even allowed to install fuse boxes (well Insurance companies wont allow it, sure governments handle it differently across the globe).

  3. Here the distinguish it differently. There is MBO which can be partly seen as trade school next to HBO and uni. We all call it college.

  7. Could be, but they are just numbers. People may interpret them as they wish. In some cases 99,99% is a low percentage and in some areas 5 % is high.

    I disagree because people don't interpret things as they wish. That's the whole point of propaganda...

    That article is still more objective than 99% of the sites posted here, though.
  9. As long the numbers are factual it is hard to be real propaganda. Of course they can put / cut numbers to fit a certain ideal.
