  11. So... How many of those illegal guns that the criminals use were legal at some point? Maybe sold to some kind of dealer. What do you think Aaron?
  12. Heavily debated how many started out legal. Tricky to really do a study on, since most illegal guns have been "sterilized" meaning had the serial number and other identifying features removed.

    Also well not actually related, its interesting to note that once a illegal gun has a few crimes hooked to it, it tends to float around the criminal world, since no one wants it on them if they get busted. Like I said, not really related but fascinating.
