1. Libya is bullshit. End of story, and Obama is in violation of the constitution, and his own campaign promises by being there.

Innocent civilians are dying and you call bs? That's very non-American of you.

  3. And it was me! Hell yeah, I feel like heaven right now

  4. There dying in a number of countrys. Why play favirotes?
  5. Aaron's got a point, though he makes it too dogmatically for my tastes.

    Libya is about private interest.

  6. Exactly. In that region alone, there are a good 2-6 more countrys where the governemnts are killing there own citizens.
  7. That's the hypocrisy that capitalism leads too... I still prefer some people being saved regardless of why instead of nobody being saved though. I think human life is worth more than politics.

I do think it too. It's like the people who say "Famous people do false charity, they help each other just to show off"... And I go like "Yes, but they AT LEAST do something"!! This is similar, Lybia war might be mainly regarding economic and political matters, but AT LEAST they're keeping a cruent dictator from killing his own people.

If it was George Bush invading, you know you'd be saying just the opposite.

  10. George Bush invaded without UN support or anything, and in an entirely different manner. I don't know the story, since I was too young, but I don't think he had the support of a large number of Iraq's population either?

It's still foreign interventionism in disrespect of the Constitution. "Shall not go to war without the approval of the congress."
