Really sad situation for Greeks, I wouldn't want to be in their skin now.

Easy to blame politicians. People not paying their taxes, not paying their gas and water, and this years long. Also every cutback in the last few decades were cancelled after big demonstrations. Now the Greek have to pay the price.

The hard working are always punished, but the Greek should look at their fellow countrymen.
  2. There was an island where there was a amount of 400 000 euro not payed by citizens, concerning their waterbills.

Also there is lots of fraud with taxes. Greece should get their things together. Its painful now, but will be much more painful when they keep up appearances much longer.
  3. It's war in Greece

    Shocking footage from yesterday:

Whoa, I din't know about that! Thanks for informing me.

BTW there was always expression in my country: 'To be in a debt as a Greece'

BTW there is another Flotilla to sail to Gaza. One even unter the USA flag:

  5. Aint my fault my neighborhood is going downhill.
  6. The Greek Government have approved the Austerity measures, though it looks like much of the fighting seen in Sergio’s post is and will continuing for some time to come. Although approving the measures seems to be the right thing to do, many are suggesting it will only delay the inevitable outcome of Greece defaulting on their debts.
  7. Proving that nanny states are unsustainable.

  8. And when one runs out of money in the US they have even less shit.
  9. Theres a great diagram on the BBC website explaining and putting into prespective how much debt Greece actually has, and i'm finding it really hard to understand how the Government got it so wrong.

340 billion Euros worth of debt = 31,000 Euros per Person
3000 Euros worth of tax evasion per person anually
