well the assumption that AAC 48kbps is equal to MP3 48kbps (as in U2start split tracks) is wrong
maybe if it had been 96, 128... for Mp3.
the m4a file is more listenable then the Mp3

You are correct, that is a wrong assumption. Will upload better MP3's in a few hours.
  4. Original AAC files now posted, better.
  5. Why are these shows always much much better when listening live? All sounds very average listening back
  6. The only above average things I remember were Boots, MW outro, UTEOTW outro and Fez/Morrocco. Bono definitely wasn't at his best (at least from what we've heard in the last year)
  7. Hahaha meant Fez/Zooropa Was thinking of Unknown Caller from Milan..

    Seriously?
I felt that Bono was on fire in Cape Town. I'd also say that this was the absolute best performance of ISHFWILF this entire tour.

  9. cause when you listen live you just enjoy the moment the show, living all the exciment the thrill it takes, feeling in a little way part of it (of course nothing compare to be in the venue). and i think it's right it is so.
in cold mind when you listen back you pay much more attention to all the details, different or mistaken notes, tones and so on.

He was maybe just above average but could hear his voice going a little, just not his best. And I didn't really enjoy that woman in Still Haven't Found, she didn't ruin it but didn't add anything. I guess I should have added Stand By Me to that list though, it was one of the better ones I've heard
