  2. He says the vibe those shows brought fits well with where they want to go with Glastonbury - that and it being the 20th Anniversary of AB. Sounds kinda cool

    Set variations will be minimal. I think U2 will get a nice screen of some description. The best thing they could do though is show up and play the gig. No stupid set demands.
  5. muse brought their own `! it worked very well cause the field is sloping and pretty dark, so any battery of lights hitting you will hit hard ......

    and reading this makes me a little more upset that I cant go to the festival ... man .. these were the years I missed out on first of all ... zootv AND popmart combined .... bring it on !!!!
  6. I hope the rearrangement of EBTTRT and the resurrection of Zooropa in South America suggests they could be playing around with material from that era. The Fly has to be a dead cert. The return of Lemon would be something else.

  10. Here's to dreaming that they record Glasto show and release it with the AB remaster this year! Now that would be a bonus DVD!


  11. Interesting idea....this gets me hoping they play six, seven, even eight tracks from AB (along with a few more each from Zooropa and Pop). Toss in classic '80's tracks and accept the fact that they'll have to (want to) play a few tracks from the new millenium and we've got ourselves one heck of a setlst.
