1. Sometimes hard to beleive this is the same guy that sings "Spin the Black Circle" and "Do The Evolution."

Nice song from start to finish. However, as a (sappy) father of a four-year old girl, hearing the "daddy" at the start of the song hooked me right from the get go.

Do you think posting the links to my mixes (maybe not the 2000 one - the Live on THREE Legs one is way better than mine - and I am okay with that) would be "welcome" in the 10c forums?

i don't think it's a "problem" .. i saw topics where links to blogs with official bootlegs from the past were posted.
important is that there's nothing they're still selling there i guess

I just realized that I'll have to actually buy membership in order to post in the forums at 10c. Maybe I will...maybe.

I was only going to post the 2003 and maybe the 2006 one. I have later ones but totally appreciate the issues there.

Have you heard of a complilation called "The Mixer: 2008-2010?" It's a fan-made, 16-CD (!) compilation of every song played by PJ over those three years. I'd post the link but the only one I can seem to find is a (probably illegal) torrent one. The artwork is VERY well done.
  5. no have never heard of it .. cool stuff and probably illegal for public yes

16 CDs?? .. wondering how many it takes for something similar of U2 2009-2011 ...

    EDIT: just seen .. awesome!!!!!!
  6. Ha, Ha.

(Three discs, maybe four - at most!)

I considered downloading the 2008-2010 collection but:
    1) I probably don't need THAT much music in one mix. My newer mixes are only four discs and too some that may seem short but it's still over five hours of music.
    2) The link wasn't working
  7. U2 played 61 songs on the 360 tour, which makes it the U2 tour with the most songs played.
  8. Matt......I would be careful posting any links from 2006,as the North American gigs are still on sale on iTunes.I believe the European gigs are for sale on iTunes Europe from 06 (Ron ?)...From 08 on is still for sale,so I would not go near those gigs..as far as posting...anything prior to 06 is good....Jeff and Stone are on the record,as far as sharing boots that " aren't for sale stil"......
  9. The only reason I brought it up was because there were a few pposts in the forum asking for some from years other than 2000.

Upon reflection, I don't know if mine are worth it. Not because the sound quality isn't as good or that I have very little cover art to go with the music - although I'm the first to admit that I like a good label. My reservations stem from that I only made a four-CD mix and that I was a bit subjective when it came to choosing some of the songs on it.

Maybe I'll sent it to the guy at that rearviewmirror site.
  10. Speaking of PJ music....

Do you think they release anything this year? Not necessarily a new album (which would be nice but...) but something from the vault?

They have been pretty "generous" over the past two or three years with the older, never-before-released shows. I hope the trend continues.
  11. forgot about itunes .. i'm not into it/ipod things hehe .. i haven't seen itunes advice for european gigs 06 since long time in contrast to north american's .. there are some sites that post them though
no doubt for 2000/2003 for sure

thay guy, Dan, posted also some of 2006

they still "owe" us the Alpine Valley hehe

if the vault trend continues it would be great .. but i haven't heard of rumors about upcoming release of any kind .. at least i haven't
