I watched that Pearl Jam: Under Review documentary this afternoon (as opposed to NFL games). It was entertaining but nothing that I didn't already know or get from PJ20.

great song great melody great lyrics adaptable to a great artist too (and spirit too for me, with all his contradictories, despite of the general belief) .. everything great
I'd say no. Although I haven't listened to it in its entirety, it's not as good as some of the European shows. And "our" shows (MSG 2010 and T.O. 2011) didn't get that "seal" but those four shows were all fantastic.
