1. silly joke of a rainy monday morning ..

    Ten > Pablo Honey
    Vs > The Bends
    Vitalogy <> OK Computer
No code < Kid A (not so sure though)
    Yield > Amnesiac
Binaural < Hail To The Thief
    Riot act > In Rainbows
Avocado > The King Of Limbs
    Backspacer

trying to compare the debut albums is pure sci-fi hehehe
  2. As great as Vitalogy is, OKC wins for me.

    Riot Act over In Rainbows????
  3. As great as In Rainbows is, Riot Act wins for me
    (not for ko though hehe)
  4. I'd say...

    Ten >>> Pablo Honey
    Vs = The Bends
    Vitalogy < OK Computer
    No Code < Kid A
Yield > Amnesiac (today, anyway...not too sure how I voted in the survey)
Binaural > Hail to the Thief
    Riot Act << In Rainbows
Avocado > King of Limbs (not really that "thrilled" with either of these albums, to be honest).
  5. that "=" yells at sacrilegious

    10 > PH
    Vs. > The Bends
    Vitalogy < OK
    No Code < Kid A
    Yeild > Amnesiac
Binaural < Hail to the Theif
    Riot Act < In Rainbows
    PJ > KOL

All just my taste of course....I like PJ a lot more than Riot Act.......I'm sure in part its because of the infamous Nassau gig that I attended....I walked out to the lobby during Know Your Rights...I was livid.....

to quote Mike the day after the show, " we pushed it too far too soon" ...Stone " we won't be playing that one (Bushleaguer) for a while "

The only reason I went to the 2 great MSG shows from 03,my friend Chris from London, had tix and he flew in......I went, bit my lip...and loved both gigs....
  7. EDIT: probably you edit your post so my comment would have not had any sense hehe
  8. No Code and Kid A both sound so much better live..so,its almost a tie..but,realistically Kid A blows No Code out of the water....just my opinion of course...
  9. so ...

    Ron: PJ 5 - RH 2 (1 tie)
Matt: PJ 4 - RH 3 ( 1 tie .. that still screams for vengeange hehe)
    ED: PJ 4 - RH 4

    PJ win hehe
  10. PJ certainly win for the 90s.......

.......as far as "great" releases from 2000 on,its Radiohead by alot.....Kid A and In Rainbows were amazing...Hail to the Theif was very good..Amnesiac had a couple of really great songs,(Knives Out,Pyramid Song),but overall was more of an extension of outakes from Kid A..(KOL was admittedly awful).....but those 3 IMO,are much better than all of PJs post 90s releases...
  11. PJs best release since Yeild is said to be Backspacer, and it isn't a great release.its good, but Kid A and In Rainbows are far superior... Hail to the Theif is better than Backspacer as well........just my opinion.....
  12. It depends on my mood but I think Binaural and Riot Act are underrated. Songs like "Nothing as it Seems," "Insignificance," "Of The Girl," "Parting Ways," and "Light Years" are great as are "I Am Mine," "Save You," "Love Boat Captain," and "Thumbing My Way." That said, none of these songs are as good as the best from all five 1990's albums and both of these albums have a couple of clunkers.
