I wonder if this will have any affect on some certain sites ?
These shows haven't been available for over a decade or more. As far as I know the 2000 boots were only available in stores, in cd form. Thats how I bought them back in 2000 and '01.
I remember Tower Records, in the Village ,had the entire Euro leg on sale in the front of the store. I went nuts, and bought close to 10 shows that day...I think it was 8.
The 2003 gigs just never caught my attention, as the 2000 shows have.....Im not so sure why, maybe because I just didn't like Riot Act and the 2000 shows have a lot of tunes from the first 5 releases etc .....
For me, as with U2, Radiohead, DMB etc.. the older the show the better it is....
Also, the 2006 gigs have been available on iTunes for a while now but they've also been available on pearljambootlegs.org and other sites like it.
I think they will stay up on these sites unless they become for sale on the 10c site.
This whole iTunes thing will probably have the biggest impact on ME! No more sharing early mixes anymore - which is probably a good thing as I should be doing other things.
