I over-hyped the show and was wanting too much from the London show - namely more songs that they didn't play at the Toronto 1 show from 2011. I learned my lesson and did not go into last night's show with that mind set.
I think the London show was a great intro for my brother-in-law who attended both of them with me. The London show had a great array of songs from their back catalog. Last night's Buffalo show only kind of had this but also had a pretty high number of new stuff which is great for the big time PJ fans. All I can say is that thank goodness I got to hear the album in advance as I would not have enjoyed the evening nearly as much. I can't stress enough (or maybe I have
), however, how big a deal hearing Immortality was for me.
