1. London and Buffalo were different experiences.

I over-hyped the show and was wanting too much from the London show - namely more songs that they didn't play at the Toronto 1 show from 2011. I learned my lesson and did not go into last night's show with that mind set.

I think the London show was a great intro for my brother-in-law who attended both of them with me. The London show had a great array of songs from their back catalog. Last night's Buffalo show only kind of had this but also had a pretty high number of new stuff which is great for the big time PJ fans. All I can say is that thank goodness I got to hear the album in advance as I would not have enjoyed the evening nearly as much. I can't stress enough (or maybe I have ), however, how big a deal hearing Immortality was for me.

Don't agree so much about The Fixer, but if some band has to influence the other I'd say it would be Pearl Jam over TGA. TGA have covered Pearl Jam quite a few times, Brian Fallon has declared to be obsessed over some PJ songs, etc.

except that it's a Mike' creation
anyway sometimes he also put a Little Wing hint in it so ..
  3. Immortality
i like the stable songs begin not to be so much hehe .. Even Flow theother night .. Better Man last night .. and where's The Fixer?

  4. Is YL Mike's? I though it was a Stone's song - my fault. The Hendrix sound is still there though
  5. count on me for one sure show Matt (thinking of Northern West) since i have a fresh download code
  6. I'll buy Gold Coast 2014
  7. ^Of course, I also haven't even considered the west coast half of the NA tour!

This is going to get pricey! Ah, well. My kids already have enough toys.

  8. Nice! Hartford or Baltimore.....?? I suppose there is still PLENTY of time to decide.

The first thing I did when I got home Saturday night (well, Sunday morning) was look up the Pittsburgh setlist.

Yes, I'm a bit of a geek that way.

  10. i'm not that good in geography but ... North West??
  11. Oh, right. THAT side of the continent. Most of them are still sleeping now so they don't matter to me at the moment.

I suppose the Seattle show would be the one to get but it's your download code.

I have "no code" (sorry, couldn't resist) but I'll probably be tempted to get the Vancouver show.
