  1. Totally agree...I was at the third show in Argentina, it rained a lot before the show, and a little during it,and that brought a hell lot of energy from the band and the audience....Even more so, the guys seemed to be in such a good mood, smiley and all...Even Larry, saw him smile lot of times during the concert, that says A LOT...

    Awn
Well, my problem is raining while I'm queueing That heavy tropical summer rain

  3. Those are the best words I've heard (read) today!!

    Thanks Sergio

  4. easy help for this are those cheap plastic rain coats you can get everywhere. they keep you dry, and the moment you don't need them anymore you can just throw them away. over here they don't cost more than 1 Euro, and they're really helpful. they took me through 2 summers of U2 queueing

  5. What time are you planning to arrive there Ale?

    Oh I already bought mine
Last year, I went to see Paul MacCartney, and it rained all day, and these cheap coats were no good. So this time I bought a much better one, that I hope will last the 3 gigs

I don't know yet, maybe around lunchtime. I live in Atibaia so it's quite a trip to the stadium And you?

  7. Rain brings out all the Rain snippets in U2. Just take a look at Zurich's setlist. 2 snippets of Rain, 1 snippet of I Can't Stand The Rain, and 3 snippets of Singing In The Rain.

They also played Mothers Of The Disappeared, but I don't think that's directly related to rain.
Somehow I always imagined MOTD being played in the rain.
  8. should i just ditch school, buy a plane ticket, fly out to brazil and go to the shows?
    ......sooooo tempting right now
