It's simple, the person that uploaded this "new" version should have asked us to do this BEFORE he upload, since we were the real original tapers and never did, in fact he claimed as his recording, LIED. You think it sounds better? I don't...my advice for this kind people is...if you want to remaster something do to your own stuff or ask us before you do anything if you want to use our recordings. Or keep it to yourself the remastering stuff that you "think" is better. There was already one remaster done in the original recording so more remaster on top of it doesn't make sense.

Didn't know copyright existed over bootleg recordings.
You have to realize once you share it, it's public domain, it belongs to everyone, and everyone can do whatever they want with the stuff. Why? because it's not yours anymore, the moment you make available for everyone, it stops being only yours.
You talk about asking your permission for further use of the recordings, but the material is not yours, you just went to a show and taped someone else's music, and didn't even asked the band permission directly. Don't flatter yourself, don't act as if you were doing us the big favor of sharing it. You just went to a show and taped it, it's not like you found the cure for cancer.

There's a word: respect. In this case it means that you respect the taper's effort to bring something to you for free, and don't try to take credit for it.
