  9. It's always an emotional day on 9/11 for us here, no matter where you turn people seem to be a little more respectful and understanding that- even for the conceited ones- there's something more important than them today. People put their pride in America before everything else here today.
  10. Even though it's a very important event, i must say I've been a little bit annoyed at all the news coverage of 9/11 today, other things that are happening right now (Libya) hasn't gotten enough coverage.

    Watched a docu about 9/11 yesterday, a lot of ordinary people did extraordinary thibgs that day, and the world was changed forever.

    Have to say I agree with Trek here. I respect the fact that many died in 9/11, and my condolences go out to the families of the ones that passed, however seeing it here on Canadian local news for an entire week before today got a little trying...We know what happened, we don't need to hear about it over and over again.
