    But I'm very certain the response to Rattle and Hum played a large role in determining their tour schedule.

    Perhaps, but I still think it was just to give everyone else a chance to see them after they missed out on getting as much as the US did on TJT or even any at all.. Asia and Oceania missed out completely.
