  1. Sounds like they say you can keep the item and if you feel obliged, put it to a charity (the money).

    I've had that before, I bought a kid's video and something was wrong with it - can't remember what - and they said to keep it, no extra questions asked.

    I've waited for "Fools Rush In" book to come for about 34 days, after I wrote a little message to them I was fully refunded within 24 hours. And yeasterday I finally resieved my book !!
