Definitely on this side of that argument.
  2. Anyone watching the Oscars tonight?
  3. I am Les

  4. I'd take the Stones over the Beatles any day (and not 'cos they were positioned as the bad to the good). Right from the early blues (1964 - 1969) is my favourite era of them though - songs like Carol and Come On for one.

Has anyone ever heard Keith's first solo album - 'Talk Is Cheap'? I looked for it for years and finally found it in a record store with a lot of other interesting albums. None of those bands (the Stones and their contemporaries) are doing the blues anymore, which is a shame.

  5. Years 8 will normally be 13/14. Hopefully i will mainly teach the senior kids, some years 8-10 fuck around in Science/Maths because they dont want to be there, but cant choose their classes or drop out until Year 11.

  6. This song should win Sweden's ESC qualifications this year. I'm sure it won't though.

Hell, I've been thinking about things and thought if I do this, it will piss those off who said I never had a chance and couldn't do it - because it loses them a bit of confidence in what they actually think inside their bitter little brains.

You shouldn't have to put up with someone else's actions to dictate your conceptions - as the song goes: 'Why would the tell me to please those that laugh in my face?'

And the one thing that really pisses people off like her is when you succeed and do it yourself, because they feel a slight sense of embarrassment that they put you down and didn't think you could do anything because they know best.

    Thqanks.
  8. Wow, never seen smileys in your posts before, Aaron. Life is getting better?
  9. It has less to do with the state of my life, and more to do with my own idiosyncracies(wow, did I botch that spelling). I've never cared for emotiocons, or net abbreviations. Think back. How many LOLs have you seen from me?

This is the first time actually.

  11. You mess up many spellings, it's actually "idiosyncrasies". But I suppose you wouldn't care really...

  12. Not emjoying this track is a potential deal breaker on my criteria for my future wife.
