Wow, it was great 26 songs setlist (which I got from stage) and plenty of audience participation. It was basically like a show of theirs, but for free. Amazing
  2. Most played songs at funerals in the UK:

    01. Frank Sinatra – 'My Way'
    02. Sarah Brightman/Andrea Bocelli – 'Time To Say Goodbye'
    03. Bette Midler – 'Wind Beneath My Wings'
    04. Eva Cassidy – 'Over The Rainbow'
    05. Robbie Williams – 'Angels'
    06. Westlife – 'You Raise Me Up'
    07. Gerry & The Pacemakers – 'You’ll Never Walk Alone'
    08. Vera Lynn – 'We’ll Meet Again'
    09. Celine Dion – 'My Heart Will Go On'
    10. Nat King Cole – 'Unforgettable'
    11. Tina Turner – 'The Best'
    12. Whitney Houston/Dolly Parton – 'I Will Always Love You'
    13. Monty Python – 'Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life'
    14. Luther Vandross – 'Dance With My Father'
    15. Louis Armstrong – 'Wonderful World'
    16. Daniel O'Donnell – 'Danny Boy'
    17. Eva Cassidy – 'Fields Of Gold'
    18. Righteous Brothers (and various) – 'Unchained Melody'
    19. Westlife – 'Flying Without Wings'
    20. Eva Cassidy – 'Songbird'

I thought U2 was going to appear there, whether in the form of One or WOWY
  3. I want: Bay City Rollers - Bye, Bye, Baby

  4. I think I'd want MLK
  5. I certainly wouldn't want One or With Or Without You...

  6. Hell no! I'd say MLK, or Streets. Even if it is upbeat and not really a song for that occasion, it's the song that means the most to be, and most people close to be know that, so I think it might suit it!

Why the hell are we even talking about this? Lmao.

P.S What about Wake Up Dead Man?
  7. Darn difficult question, the funeral one. I know which ones would my parents want, but surely not which ones I'd like for myself I guess some Running To Stand Still / Dirty Old Town (snippet) live from Dublin 12-30 and Stay (studio) might do the trick. I should write it down sometime, just in case

Running To Stand Still would be great too.

The First Time, Yahweh (live version - if you're into that), maybe a few others.
  9. Not sure my family would like 40,000 U2 fans cheering at my funeral
  10. Bad, Walk On?
  11. Hi Btw

  12. I'd really love to see 40.000 people packed into the Point Depot
