  5. Pink Floyd has such a great variety in their album covers, and they're all (for the most part) super awesome.

    I don't know if we know who it is in particular, but the context of the shot is that the crowd is celebrating from McAteer scoring during that football game broadcasted that day.
  12. I think they're just fans. Though, someone has probably come forward and said "That's me!" in the 10 years or so that the DVD/CD has been out.
