    1. City of Blinding Lights
    2. Vertigo
    3. Crazy
    4. Sunday Bloody Sunday
    5. Scarlet
    6. Walk On (MLK removed)
    7. One
    8. Streets
    9. UV
    10. HMTMKMKM
    11. WOWYou
    12. Moment of Surrender
    13. Out of Control
    14. 40

That's 42 tracks (unless I split AIWIY and LRM) over three CD's...U242.
  2. I like these! I'll have to use them sometime! Just wondering why you but Batman inbetween UV and WOWY? I feel like Batman into UV into WOWY would be perfect! Not only because it happened once haha
  3. Bono is speaking at this year's TED conference, right? While I know there won't be anything related to the new album discussed, I'm sure he'll bump himself and, of course, the band back into relevancy with that endeavor.

I played with both permutations but simply the U22/FTGU's own mixings made this sequence easier. As I said in an earlier post, with more patience I could probably make the other ordering work.
  5. ^ I just remembered...

I also put UV before Batman because UV was part of the tour before Batman.
  6. Batman fits before UV imo because of the "why so serious" intro. It makes sense to open an encore with that, then follow it up with UV than it would be to do the reverse.

agreed, and I always remember Helsinki 2 WITH Batman/UV/WOWY/MOS as the encore. SO EPIC
  8. You two are sticklers...I'll attempt the swap.
  9. LOL! You'll thank us later
  10. It's all about the details.
That's also one reason why Edge's Picks are such a nightmare to introduce into any playlist with U22 tracks. Many of them have such seamless transitions that it's impossible to do any splice-work at all. Plus, the two releases ARE mixed differently, the key difference being default volume. If you have a volume regulator like iTunes does, it's not noticeable because that program takes care of it. But when I went to use Wavepad to make a more seamless playlist, the volume difference is huge.
  11. I appreciate that batman should come before UV but it just doesn't work in terms of crossfading.
  12. Crossfading won't work for most of the songs anyways. When I spent the time making a smoother playlist, I took advantage of the fact that there is some level of ambient cheering going on at the end and beginning of the songs I wanted to splice together (as in they didn't exist on U22 or Edge's Pick in that order). Usually I increased the duration of the cheering on both tracks, then crossfaded the two such that the cheering was just your typical white noise between tracks.

It worked really well for some of the tracks, but after realizing the huge volume difference between U22 and Edge's Picks, I realized it was not worth the time/effort to create seamless transitions between 40 tracks if volume modification was also required.
