I was thinking a lot of other aspects of the show too. I think there may be a couple of retrospect videos about their career and some are maybe used as introductions to songs. For example a video about their late-80's earnest image with a ZooTv style interferences leading Bono to shout out something like "let's chop down the tree!" Leading to The Fly, EBTTRT etc.
I was thinking about props too, during Cedarwood Road it would look awesome to have some kind of cannons shooting blossoms or some kind during the last verses "blossoms falling from the trees..."
