    Agree with you, we were a bit lucky. France really had some good chances after they went 0-1 down. But they needed to attack. We could play more safely. After Henry scored 2-1, I had doubts about the end result, but Robben quickly made an end to that.

    Possible opponeny in the Q-finals will be Spain or Sweden. And Alexx, if Sweden becomes second, we will face them. So they need to loose from Spain to become second.

    Anyway, it was one of the best nights of my life. I watched this game in the oub with family and friends. Just awesome...never expected this.

Again no real drive or ambition with only the odd bright spell here and there but your opponents not being able to put away their chances shouldn't equate you your team being called lucky. All 4 Holland goals were excellent, they were again devastatingly good on the break, defence was good enough, they made chances and moved the ball well when in the second third of the field. . .

    Also true...I mean lucky because we scored soon. Falling 0-1 behind so quick gives you an important and early knock-down. And Van der Sar saved some good efforts from French strikers. Anyway...we were good too. Devastating in the counter-attack.

    It's good to have an early goal but it's not lucky if you earn it, and Kuyt certainly did. It was definitely the best game of the tournament so far in regards to entertainment value and excellent goals.

  9. I think we were a bit lucky, but on the other hand: 7 goals against the 1st and 2nd of the last WC...
    Still, i'm not very sure..I think we peaked to early; that's why Germany or maybe even Italy will become champions again; they will grow in the tournament and be on the top in the final...We already played our best match(es)...

    Still, a man can dream... See you in the quarterfinals Alex, and we'll meet you, Yogi, in the final!

    BTW: I would be laughing if Romania won against us: Italy and France would be both eliminated...

    Don't underestimate Romania: they played two times good and almost won from Italy, besides Romania has to win, Holland may win. And Holland will probably start with a few bench-players (players from the bench...)...

    maybe but i think Holland Will Win Because any team who rech the finals win all the 3 matches of group stages except few exception
