but why did Jesus say spread the word? or did he?

You mean why Jesus said to spread the word? Many people thought Jesus still had to come, while He was there. He asked his apostels to spread it, the evangelic message as we know it today. He did it too before He went back to God.

Of course I can. As you said, to each their own - as long as people are not trying to tell me I'll go to hell, that they'll pray for me or tell me that they're better/chosen people.

You'll never hear me saying I'm better. No-one is perfect, especially me. Last thing before I quit this discussion: you said you see religion as something evil, would you say the same about faith? (Not especially in God, but also folks who think there is something 'else' in this universe without having any religion)
  6. I just have to say I'm amazing at how civil these discussions have been. Good job guys.

He meant mention that he has no problem with individual faith, just religions and those who claim to have true knowledge and think they're right over others etc.

Question - Yeah, you don't happen to have Marxist views do you?

True, but we know how opinionated we all are on other subjects...

Indeed, this subject hasn't had any opinions at all

Not at all. I thought I had pointed that out, but I'll make it clearer.
There's nothing wrong with personal faith, whether you believe in god, aliens, philosophy, nature or Bono.
Everything spiritual that will help you to make it through the day is a good thing.

You'll have to wait a little while, though. The original idea is to not start Kabbalah before the age of 40.
