hmm I looked around google a bit and found this picture:

    Beach

    (sry for the big link)

if you look closely, the sun rays shining out of the clouds on the right look exactly the same like on the supposed to be cover harrykool found.

with a bit of photoshopping you could turn the orange in this picture into white/grey.
the 4 figures could be photoshopped in there as well. dno how/from what picture, but I dare say this is a fake.

    thanks for fixing that

reworked that picture in photoshop and it took me 10 minutes to make it look like this

now there are only the 4 figures missing, guess it'd be no problem to put them in as well.

here the cover harrykool posted again:

  5. defently a fake

I didn't say that. They're probably filming the videoclip for No Line in Cadiz, on the South of Spain.

By the way, that cover(s) are beautiful, but I think they're nothing but a beautiful fake.

South of Spain? You must go and take some images for U2start Sergio!

Joking of course, just like with my previous post

    Cheers!
  8. well, its defenitly a cool artwork, but I dought the album will have this cover, I have no memories of a cover being fnished and released before the songs

I don't believe they would shot a video for No Line because the song behind the song is about Ireland. Ireland is cold and rainy and Spain is hot.

And that "artwork" is fake, I'm 100% sure, looks very amateur and the font used is Clarendon which was used for HTDAAB.

kind of a leap to start discussing the meaning of a song based on the title I recall Bono mentioning where the inspiration for the title comes from, but that doesn't mean it is actually about the line on the Irish sea horizon disappearing. Bono is a poet and I'm sure that No Line will have wonderful poetic underlinings and refer to a deeper line not being on the horizon. just a thought

Its about a time of day where the sky and the sea are one. Or thats what I think it must be.

No Line on the Horizon story:

"Can I interrupt this broadcast?" he says. "There's an amazing moment in Ireland, where we live, when the sea and the sky can have the same color and the line of the horizon disappears. And I look at these mountains, and it's just about to happen here."

He reaches beneath the seat and pulls out a CD case, withdrawing a hand-labeled disc. "I have just the right song for it … if I can find it."

He slips the CD into the player and heavy distortion fills the car. It's a song called No Line on the Horizon, which the band is developing for their next album. "It came out of a new distortion box that my guitar tech got," The Edge says.

"This is a little full on!" Bono shouts. "But it's worth it, just to get a flavor of this. It's only a demo."

The song is rough, weaving between brutal guitar blasts underscoring the mellow title refrain. "These are just first drafts," Bono explains.

Since the recordings are still in the embryonic phase, it's not clear what direction the band will be headed with their next collection of songs..."
