YAHWEH
THE SWEETEST THING
And A SORT OF HOMECOMING are GREAT SONGS
PLAYED LIVE !!!!!
i love these songs very much
Yahweh has a great lyric and sounded live way much better than the album version
The sweetes thing is great because i have a lot of memory's by this song .
my first daughter was born when the single came out !!!
and i like the beginning of the live version with first only the bass of adam ...
and then bono singing ; oohoohoooooooo/oohhoohoooooooo/the sweetest thing
and then the crowd starts to know that it's that song and start singing along with bono
before he fals in with the piano part !!!!!!!
and a sort of home coming is great because i played this song grey !!!!
i love the version of the wide awake ep the most and i love the video clip
because you can see that u2 is driving across europe in there tour bus
and you can see they drive to rotterdam (MY TOWN OF BORN !)![]()

I think all of you agree that most of the songs by U2 are better live. But there are some exceptions, I think.
These songs sounds better on CD in my opinion, musically and emotionally:
Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own
Miracle Drug
Discotheque
Do You Feel Loved
If God Will Send His Angels
If You Wear That Velvet Dress
Zooropa
Babyface
The First Time
Even Better Than the Real Thing
Ultra Violet
Hawkmoon 269
Tomorrow
Does anyone agree?![]()
