On the subpage "music" you can hear several free mp3 songs. Hope you like them.

I write the songs, sing and play guitar in the band. I also did most of the studio recording, mixing and mastering. Besides that I also like to do some bass, drums, programming, percussion and harp - but not very good.

  9. Well, just to keep it on-topic for the moment, I play guitar and piano predominantly, plus would like to think I'm a competent singer, but am in no band at the moment - not really got the time at this stage in life, but who knows what the future brings! Taught myself to play guitar, but it was only recently how much I realised that what you listen to affects your style of playing. I mean, I spend most of my music time working out stuff (like U2!) and playing it to myself, but am now endeavouring to write my own material, and am noticing that my style certainly has elements of Edge written all over it (aswell as other guitarists like Malcolm Jones and my brother lol, although not so much the latter because he's more into his metal etc. but if it wasn't for him getting a guitar and me thinking that I'd quite like to do what he was doing back then, I wouldn't have bothered taking it up!)

ANYWAY, now I've cleared that bit up, I hope Steve aka. Angel_or_Devil doesn't mind me hijacking his topic but considering it IS related to instruments and I'd like to think that it's better than opening a new one...

My birthday is coming up, and I thinking about putting the word around (TO MY FAMILY!) that I want a new guitar - preferably in the region of £500 MAXIMUM (sorry guys, I don't know what that would equate to in dollars or anything, I can never remember the exchange rate...). I'm thinking something along the lines of an Epiphone LP or something like that - anyone got any suggestions?

    PS - sorry Steve...

    ------------------------------

EDIT - just so you all know, 'cause Johnny (the cheeky git) pointed this out (or turned my words on their head), I do not mean that I want you lot to buy the guitar! I mean are there any that people would suggest would be worth investing in as a second guitar?

Of course, if you want to donate...

    £500 = $1000 USD (our economy blows)

What kind are you playing now, Harry?
