    Mine's on its way.....

Edit Updated with my review done
  2. 1993-07-02 - Verona, Italy - Stadio Bentegodi

    Sound
OK. It's perfectly listenable, nothing overly objectionable. The polishing by Steve certainly doesn't warrant the self-depreciation seen!!
Levels are not balanced however, the audience interferes on occasions and it fuzzes.

    3 stars

    Crowd

Energetic. Interrupt the recording occasionally, but that's not their fault! Sing along well and overall added to the boot for me

    4.5 stars

    Performance
I liked it. Individually there are better performances available from this tour of virtually every song, however I didn't sense the apathy of the band that other reviewers have. Zoo TV was rarely if ever poor and this is no exception. Enjoyable.

    4 stars

    Overall
It is not, ultimately, a failure of this show to deliver. I suspect the people of Verona had a great time. However, the show suffers in comparison to some truly startling bootlegs of the same tour, and, indeed, the same leg. Paris, Stockholm, Milan for example. Sound is infinitely superior in such boots, making the listening experience more pleasurable and individual songs have little nuances that heighten their standing compared to those here.
If you like ZooTV, give it a listen. But it won't stay on your iPod and may not stay on your iTunes depending on disk space. There's too many other superior ZooTV boots.

A very diplomatic assessement there Dan if I can say that.

I've actually always found the Italian audiences very good. They really add to the atmosphere.

You've actually reminded me too. I've been meaning to check out Paris for a while now. On par with Stockholm would you say?

Nick, I think it's your turn to choose for the BRT. We're going to have to ask you to hold on your choice for a couple of weeks. There will be a special change for the next show.

After the remaining reviewers have given their reviews, this topic will be temporarily closed.

    4. Names will be collated and a summary of the show choice plus active members posted on the Sunday by me (to follow the standard layout).
    5. Those active members then have a week to post their reviews at any time.

This will of course mean that each show takes 2 weeks.

With you in, it would be like this:-

However, we're temporarily putting the BRT on hold for a fortnight after the last reviews for this show are in. For a very special reason:-
