1. A place you can't reach: where people will threated equally. That's only possible in heaven. Unfortunately. I think that's it. And as I said before: hopefully no text on the cover.

Where there is no line on the horizon, where God will send his angels, where the streets have no name.

So NLOTH as intro to Streets next tour?

And after 20 views I still thing it's there most remarkable and interesting cover ever. The sea and the sky coming together: a place you can't reach.

I say: the first photo will change into another one where there really is no line on the horizon. that's what I think the 'digital coefficient' is

1st: The number of the pressing, which makes your album a unique copy.
2nd: A code. If you have the right code, you'll win free front of stage tickets for a concert in your country.

and where does your info come from?

exactly what I'm thinking, too. that'd be cool.
  6. From my U2 e-mail:-

  7. I like to discuss stuff like that.

I think if they want not to use the written album title they should use the pic without horizon to make it clear. Then they would also not have to use the "equal" sign. I would prefer that kind of simplicity. IMHO they could add only a small "U2" somewhere in a corner - then it would be really something minimalistic in the "Beatles White Album" style.

The pic with horizon would IMHO only be ironically effective if they actually used the written album title to counter it.

On the front of Rush's "Counterparts" CD case was a golden writing that blocked away a bit of the booklet cover - so it was a kind of "gimmick" case. So remembering this I have some (but not a lot of) hope that the "equal" blocks on NLOTH are painted on the front of the CD case, not on the booklet cover.

    I'll buy it anyway.

P.S. I think that the cover of ATYCLB is not just a plain boring band pic. I think there are a lot of deeper interpretation levels and possibilities to it. The location, for a starting example.
  8. Don't get me too excited. I might use four letter words! But this looks very good for sure!

  9. Agreed.

And I think the box-set looks awesome.

But where are all these blues that Adam was on about?!
