Read that too, seems like the release isn't postponed in the UK, or U2.com is just incorrect. Don't know what to add here know, confused. Hopefully we'll get NLOTH monday.
  3. Yeah it's strange. Maybe the single is only postponed in some of the countries like Germany.

  4. Maybe, I'll hold off until friday, if nothing is official by then I will add the date on the frontpage again.

Might be best. It really is a mess with this release...

Now there are reports that the announced "3 track" single is cancelled (in Germany at least) - might be due to the protests... it morphed into a "2-track extended" version that will be only available through a special service (U2.com?)

And it's becoming more and more a mess, best would be to just wait and see what's in stores next week.
  7. Just checked my e-mail's and my single is on it's way

  8. Got an e-mail from U2 last night. Signed up then.

I've had my e-mail from HMV too, saying it's dispatched.

No sign of a delay here.

    Edit

The U2.com announcement mentions the UK specifically a couple of times:-

With 'Boots' released in the UK on Monday, complete with the title track of the new album on the b-side, the record company have launched a very cool competition - they're giving away 4,000 7" Single Collector's Edition Boxes. Here's how you can get yours.

The clamshell style boxes are individually numbered and will hold all four of the 7" singles that will be released from 'No Line on the Horizon'. First up it's Get On Your Boots which is available in HMV and all good independent record stores in the UK from this Monday, Feb 16th.

All you have to do is sign up here.

One box per person and stocks are limited. Make sure you sign up by Tuesday 17th February to claim your box. The boxes will be mailed out at the end of w/c 23rd February to you.

Still not really sure what this was that we signed up for. Can someone clarify a bit? No email from U2 on my end.
  10. Yep, might be that the delay hits Germany, France and Spain only - or that Universal got wrong infos.
(I have a confirmation for Feb 20 from Universal...)
