1. I think i like the B-side better. Album version drags a bit to much. But I'm known to change my opinion frequently
  2. I'm at the beach and all I keep thinking about is this song...dunno why
  3. It almost sounded too slow, compared to 2, but i'm sure 1 is better, 2 is more pop, 1 will last longer though, it has more layers than 2, but 2 is still good, but prefer 1, if you know what i mean!

  4. version from single is more energic and powerful, than album version...

  5. 2 is more "groovey", but to me 2 sounds more like pop music, i was even starting to get sick of it, the album version saved the song in my opinion, otherwise it would have just been tossed aside.
  6. I'm curious how would sound it live... I think live will be different from both studio versions

  7. The live version would probably bet sped up somewhat, not too much though, 2 is too fast i believe, i wish i had have had 1 before 2, but like i said, 1 has saved it for me.

  8. I prefer the single version I'm afraid. The first seems far too slow after hearing NLOTH2. I think it' would've been better to hear NLOTH1 before NLOTH2. Damn.

Edit: There are some really nice sounds in the album version though
  9. Prefer the album version, although the single version is great great too. But this is more ambient and fits better in the album.
  10. Not sure how many people have noticed but if you get those headphones out or turn up the volume loudly at around the 1:20 mark on the album version there is a subtle guitar riff that is almost The Fly-ish... it repeats through out the song a various points. Very very cool.
  11. Did they inverse the channels for the guitar in the chorus?
I like this one a little better than the alternate version. Starts massive, than Edge is cutting the wall of sound into pieces. Bono too high. Everything else has been said.
    First rating: 8/10
  12. The album version works better. Change in music and tempo instead of the steady music in the b side, bridge works a lot better also. Absolutely love this as the opener. LOVE THE FLY-ISH guitar.
