I see what you mean. To tell you the truth, I hate religion. The way I see it, I'm of the Christian lifestyle, not "religion", because
I think religion is not really a good word. I think Christianity is a lifestyle, not a religion. Christianity and all other "Religions" are about the way you live all week long, not just how you live on Sunday.

its nice to hear that some people get the idea of how jesus christ wanted us to live...im a christian and agree christianity is a relationship not a religion...

Exactly. Going to church on Sundays is not part of my "Religion", it's a part of my lifestyle. There are many people who I know
who just go to church to be seen.

"I don't doubt God. I have firm faith absolutely in God. It's religion I'm doubting."
I agree. I'm not religious at all, but I sometimes have the need to someone to blame...

And my opinion is that all of this can't be the product of a single explosion. Something/someone had to colaborate with it.
And I don't beileve in any of the somethings/someones availables to believe in.

I only could attempt it in my own language, not in a foreign one. Since i'm @ a english forum, i'll better keep my mouth closed.
  8. Charismatic Jesus Freak. I'm a member in an international church in Frankfurt, Germany. Our church is part of the protestant alliance in our town - along with pentecostals, baptists, methodists, nazarene, etc. I'm bass player in our church worship team. I also lead a christian rock band. My wife and me lead a one- year discipleship class with ten students. I believe the meaning of human life is to know God the father through his son Jesus. My faith is much more spiritual relationship with Jesus than religion. Jesus set me free of alcoholism and depression, and he keeps pouring out healing, restoration and blessing in my life. This year we see a lot of psychic and physical healing in our church. During the last months we had one healing of cancer, one of multiple sklerosis, one of ultra- heavy food allergic (my son) and one of a sports- inducted permanent knee injury.

I love to discuss religion, faith and God. I talk about Jesus all the time. But I also support the Coexist idea. I evangelize, but I don't want to press my faith into anyone by force. If someone's an atheist, muslim, hindu or whatever I have to suppose he's got some good reasons. If he wants to discuss, okay. If not... well, that's okay, too. I feel deeply ashamed for those of my christian brothers and sisters who reduce Jesus to a system of laws that they try to apply to anone they meet. My faith is freedom, not a cage. If I demand freedom of faith for me I also have to give this freedom to others, no matter what they believe in. I wish the whole world had religious freedom. There are still a lot of countries where you don't have. North Corea, Saudi Arabia, etc. People get killed because of "wrong" faith. That's crazy. Even the christian churches have made horrible mistakes, and some still do. Jesus did not say: "Hey people, I got something for you - a few more laws and rules to follow. Now rejoice, or I'll throw you into hell." Instead "Gospel" means "Good news". Life with Jesus through his holy spirit is good news for me. So I'm a radical for Jesus AND for the Coexist idea. No reason to fight.

Jesus said: Come taste and see.
