  1. The moans have been popping up in new topics everywhere so we may aswell have a general topic for it. How have you found getting tickets this year?

    For me its been great. Croke 1 pre-sake was soo smooth and I got the tickets I wanted for Croke 2 in general sale.

    What about you lot?

  3. it's the first time I took part in any kind of ticket pre-sale, and all I can say it's worked perfectly fine for me.
    I got my first bunch of tickets with the u2.com pre-sale code, and there was never a problem - had the tickets save within a few minutes, no problems.
    Same went for the second round with a friends code, no server break-down or anything. It was as easy as you can imagine.
    Third bunch of tickets via the eventim.de evening pre-sale, also no problems.

    As for general sale, I never got through, though. But I didn't expect I would.

    to sum it up: I would have never expected this to be so easy. I had heard about problems before the Vertigo tickets sales and was a bit worried. But for this tour? A+

    edit: wait, in fact I DO have a complaint eventim.nl charged 25 € just for posting, which is ridiculous -- they send it in a regular letter, no secure mail or anything and I live "next-door" to Holland, so a regular letter costs 0,56 Euro... imagine that

    The site (both Eventim and Livenation) went crazy obviously, but I can't complain. And the printing tickets at home thing is awesome
  5. I'm Horizon and had no trouble getting the tickets I wanted today. And all the bitching about fees and service charges....i paid about $11 in charges per GA ticket. That's nothing!
  6. Wembley GA tickets were pretty easy to get, I have no complains, pretty good system actually
  7. Oh, I'm not sure if I've mentioned that the pre-sale for Zagreb was pretty **********
    But eventually I should get tickets from ticketpro.hr so it ended up fine for me
  8. 8 cheap seats for the 20th and 7 GA's for the 21th...all general sale. Great going

  11. Pre-sale for the first Amsterdam gig went smoothly. Had tickets in less than 2 minutes.
