  2. For people who bought more than 4 tickets total through the pre-sale, Will ticketmaster cancel any of your orders as it says the it was a 4 ticket limit for presale. I bought 4 tickets through venue presale then another 4. Will ticketmaster cancel any of these.
    Also my husband bought 4 tickets through the venue preale and 4 tickets through boots presale code. So in total we have 16 tickets and we are scared they will get cancelled. We are getting married the same wkend and thought it would be a good idea to go to the concerts for hen/stag parties.

    Ticketmaster will cancel both, that's what happened with a guy who used his pre-sale code twice for Dublin and Paris, both his orders were cancelled. It's a violation of the rules.

    That is, only if you used the same pre-sale code.
  4. Well the "venue presale" had the same password for anyone who got the email, thats the password that was used multiple times, as far as teh u2.com password, that was only used once.

    i'm no expert, but I think you'll be okay. The only thing is that if you or your fiancee have the same billing address, technically U2.com can cancel those orders.

  7. So. I bought 4 Zagreb tickets from ticketpro.hr and the transaction was accidentaly made twice. Ticketpro.hr sent me an e-mail saying they are ready to make a refund. There was a link in the e-mail to a page which looks the same as the one on which I made the payment. It asks me to write the credit card number etc. to get the money back. My father said it was strange because the money should be sent to the account, not the credit card, so I asked ticketpro.hr if they could send the money to the account and gave them the account details. Their reply was that using the link from the e-mail is the only way to get the refund. Is it trustworthy?

    does that also happen if you bought 4 tickets in the boots-presale and 6 tickets in the 'official' pre sale? (so, only used the boots code once)
  11. Don't be that sure. A page can hold a HTTPS certificate and nevertheless they can fake you... The creditcard requesting is VERY strange... I have an idea. If your father have another creditcard (not the one with lots of money on it, but another with a few euros), enter that number. If the link is a fake they will steal you a few euros but you can report it to the police or so. And if it's true, they will refund you the tickets prices and everyone happy

    Shit We used his job credit card for the payment, and you know the story, the page got fucked up and the same order was made twice. The sum of the refund is not more than 150€, but I don't want them to screw with us.
    I doubt he has a credit card with little money All the cards take money from accounts in banks and there is always a lot of money.

    Dunno, I think I'll write an e-mail to ticketpro.hr again. It's the official seller so it should be OK, but this looks quite strange. They should be able to send the requested amount of money to an account if I give them the account details that are needed, so why do they tell me that using the link is the only way?

    I remember reading somwhere that if you buy stuff from the internet and somebody screws with you, you can contact your CC company to get the money back
