    That's another point... what if they don't open with a NLOTH track?? It doesn't seem very plausible, okay. But still an option... What do you think? Of course Streets have a lot of options, but what about Desire, ASOH, Pride, Gloria or even Dirty Day (seguing into GOYB? LOL)...

    Barcelona, 30th of June 2009. Thousands and thousands of U2-fans are attending the first gig of U2's U2360-tour when the 4 Irishmen come on. The huge and impressive Claw covers half of the field. Bono walks to the mic and the first thing he says is: 'Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Unforgettable Fire'

    I guess I would faint in front of my Twitter-page at home when Remy or Gerard reports this.

  4. Mofo gets my vote as their best opener till date. Zoo Station was epic too...

    I think they will open with Boots considering the last two tours. Magnificent or Breathe would be nice too.

  6. Fez was made to be an opener, just you wait. I think I even read somewhere that they were gonna open the album with it but bailed at the last minute coz they thought it might be too experimental for a first track. But the show, on the other hand..

    I'd love it to be any other of their hundreds of songs though...such as:

    Ultraviolet for opener? I love the song, but it seems more of a closer to me.

    but Mofo, Discotheque, Zooropa and Mercy are all pretty cool ideas.

    I was thinking of loads of keyboard and synth then from off stage Bono would sing "sometimes I feel like, I don't know, sometimes I feel like...", for me that would be cool. And as he was singing, the band would walk on, (in the dark) and then start playing when it all kicks in! How amazing would that be !

Fez would be a good PA track, as I think was mentioned in the other thread...and people keep saying that GOYB would be the one to open with if they follow from the Vertigo tour...but the DVD opens with COBL, the 2nd single, going into Vertigo, the 1st single...so I still think they're going to open with Magnificent and play GOYB 2nd...
