    So I wouldn't be too sure. They still have huge appeal and 2 singles went to No. 1 last time.

    Playing their material is no different to Coldplay etc. I expect support from Radios 1 and 2.

    I thought I'd re-use this topic for the countdown of the tour.

    How's everyone feeling going into the tour opener? It's only about less 4 weeks away now.

    Are you more excited about this tour than the previous one?

    I've got high hopes for this one - stage, new music, rediscovering old music, refashioning other songs, new tour venues and NEW BOOTLEGS!

  3. I am fucking insanely excited.
    It's only my second concert after all, but being the opening night, and in my country, the show in Barcelona will be my personal highlight of the tour, no doubt
  4. I was pretty 'whatever' about it until I saw the pictures on the stage in the Nou Camp and I have to say that things have been starting to build-up for me since then. The performance on Late, Late didn't hurt either.

    I'm hoping it might match Popmart (first time I'll have been on the floor since then too...)

    Jealous of your opening night experience. I'll be participating in a setlist party that night for sure.

    for me, the anticipation of shows still 5 months away waxes and wanes.

    I wonder how the lads are feeling right now. Hoping rehearsals are going well and the band are gelling.

    Any particular bootlegs members are listening to to get ready for the tour?

  10. it felt quite "unreal" to me for the past weeks, after all the tickets I wanted had arrived and all there was left to do was waiting.... but now I'm counting down the days -- only 17 to go from today -- and now I'm really utterly excited... that kind of "I can't fall asleep at night" and "OMG I will be there so SOON" excitement totally going nuts by now

    been watching and listening to Vertigo bootlegs the past days, to get into the mood.... Sao Paolo, Gelsenkirchen, Milan

    None Just listening every now and then to some studio stuff, but no live material at all
