SOmeone sais with Red Zone ticket you could also get in the inner circle - know anything about this ?

I had a standard GA. When I entered the stadium I ran around the side of the claw thinking I could access the inner circle but ended up in the red zone standing area. It was too much of a side on perspective for me to want to stand there all night so I left and headed for the main GA field. On both nights the standing RZ section was at less than 50% capacity. People in the RZ were actually able to chase Bono around towards tha back of the stage and return to their original standing places along the side of the stage (outside the inner circle). It was possible to get to the inner circle from the RZ but the inner circle was already full up both nights so those with RZ tickets mostly opted to stand along the catwalk at the sides of the stage.

  2. In reply to the earlier post - I can confirm that the guy with the orange top is the red zone.

It was only half full which made it feel very comfortable and as the guys walked around the walkway, you could effectively walk round with them.

From the RZ you can get into the Golden Circle if you get their early enough, so everyone gets the same chance to get in there.

You get a great view of the show from the RZ , although you are not that close to the centre. All the guys used the walkway, and they got very close.

There were a row of seats at the back of the zone, and easy access to facilities.

Well worth it from my point of view

And why didn't you wave at the camera ,
    Thanks for the informaton.

  6. I did - I am the one just to the right of the guy in orange - I am the one smiling.

  7. LOL... nice.... I'll wave from the red zone in Vancouver and GA line in Vegas!
  8. I managed to win an auction for RZ tix for London2 for the measely sum of £105.And by the sound of it, it looks like a real bargain. Being an oldie (approaching 40!!) I can't be arsed with the queing and being able to freely move around and follow the Bonoman and the Edge will be well worth it.

One thing I didn't understand was how can people walk into the RZ without a Red Zone ticket?

Are you able to move out of there and back in again, do you get a stamp, always like a wander before the show , take a few pics etc. Or are we like caged animals in our wee RZ pen.

I think its down to the organisation at the venue. I was able to walk on into the RZ without having to show anything. I didn't like it so walked back out again into the normal GA position

If you had wanted do you think you could have stayed in RZ with standard GA ticket ?
Was RZ open when stadium first opened, ie not cordoned off or did you go in through a gate/entrance. Pics seem to show just one entrance into RZ
  11. Why can you get into the Inner Circle with RZ tix? Um, if you wanna be in the Inner Circle get your butt in line with everyone else, IMHO. Am I just being bitter?
