Another strange one least night involving watching a new U2 film at the cinema (for some reason they were playing at a port, buggered if I know why) and Bono was running around as MacPhisto, then during the closing credits they were playing a cover of Roses by OutKast with Michael Gambon on lead vocals dressed in a pinstripe and James Hetfield from Metallica on lead guitar. Edge was just hanging around at the back dancing like an Egyptian.

  2. in the months running up to the Sheffield gig, I had loads of U2 dreams, many of which involving the claw.

    I got right to the front in one of them, it was really cool.

  4. I, unfortunately, have only ever had one U2 dream... But it was good.
    I was in a big stadium, during one of their concerts, and I was in some backstage area. I went in, and there was Larry n Adam, plus some securities. I asked if I could see Paul (idk why by his real name), and that I'd leave if they told me to. But Larry got up, and silently led me to another door. Lo and behold, inside was Bono and Edge. My heart was racing as I slowly walked up to him. He was sitting cross-legged on the floor, eyes closed. I was about to speak to him when my effin alarm rang!! I damn near cried.
    It was weird because they were supposedly playing when I met them...
  5. OMG as my niece says!! I was right at the front with my niece, Emily, and Bono was kneeling down right in front of us. Suddenly the whole right hand side of the crowd moved to the right, to follow Adam, like the pied piper, he led them all to the back of the stadium. Everyone was at the back. This left a gap at the front and there was only me and my niece. Bono reached forward and kissed her, and spoke to her, I tried to say something but couldn't. Then the crowd came back and we were swept away. I woke up in a right mood, and promptly rang my niece the next day to ask her what Bono had said....to which she replied, 'ya what? eh, what ya talkin about?
  6. I had a dream about meeting bono back at his gaff with the edge and listening to a new album prior to release played on his massive stereo speakers, and it's sounding awful. we still have a great chat though.
  7. Few nights before my first gig I dreamed that I missed the concert or so... can't remember it completely but it was someething like that
  8. I had one of those "they're playing in the cafeteria at my workplace and no on seems to care" dreams. Larry was a leading player in it so I'm not complaining.
  9. i had a dream about u2 and depeche mode the other night. Like i was going to the shows, and I COULDNT SEE THE STAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!! AT ALL!!!! it was horrible. LOL. kinda funny looking back cuz i could hear the music from far away (and playing stuff i didnt like).
  10. I had a dream, that we are on some parking and Bono came to talk to us (with hair like on Vertigo tour) and he was totally drunk
  11. I've never had a U2 dream until I read this thread yesterday and then last night...

    I'm at a gig with my Dad in what can only be described as a village hall. The opening song is MLK and Bono is instantly off the stage and walking through the crowd. They then play a Breathe and No Line shortly followed by A Day Without Me! Half way through it the band stop, Edge says something to Bono and Bono announces they have to stop because the old lady who lives behind the hall doesn't like the noise! Noooooooooooooooooooooo! Wake up.
  12. ahhhh, i actually laughed out loud when i saw this topic . . . because the answer of course is YES! all the time!. So glad i am not the only crazy out there!
