She probably just doesn't like Zooropa's songs very much, regardless of the style.
Among other things, I love Edge's guitar tone on Pop - the fuzzed-out layers are more expansive and have more depth than they do on Zooropa. Zooropa to me always sounded too thin and too electronic, which made it impersonal and distant. Pop seems to retain more of its original rock/pop origin while still trying on those electronic layers, and I think because of that I can still make some kind of connection with it.
