So you basically think that everyone should go out carrying a gun?
  2. Its been proven that more guns equal less crime. Think about it. If your a crook, are you gonna rob a store, if the second you do everyone in the building has a Glock pointed at your head?

You do have a point. I wouldn't feel safe if I knew that everyone around me has a gun with them anway.

I wouldnt feel very safe at all on the streets when I knew everyone carries a gun

Guns arent for self-protection, they're for killing, easy as that

List of gun uses that aren't killing:

Target practice. Sport shooting has gotten quite competitive in recent years.
    Hunting.
Collecting. You'ed be surprised how much some weapons are worth.

Self-defense is technically killing, but when it come down to it, if someone is going to kill me or someone i care about, I think I'll sleep a bit easier at night if I drop the basterd, instead of watching him kill or rape somebody.

  6. I'd feel very safe. It should be noted, while I'm against a ban, I am for incresed fire-arms safety classes. Guns dont scare me. People who just bought one because they thought it would be cool, and have no idea how to use it do.

So hunting isnt killing or what? lol
Target practice; its legal down here as well, but only with permission...so that could also be without lealising guns
Collecting; people can also collect stamps. If guns are illegal no-one will ever want to collect guns; after all, why collect illegal stuff???

And killing someone else wont let you sleep easier in any way, not even when he "deserved" it.

Also, I wonder where you get that from less criminal activity when guns are allowed. Guns arent allowed here and I can tell you that the criminal activity down here is rather small.
Guns are allowed in America and I believe its way more dangerous in those big cities down there.

I really dont wanna bring this up, but if guns werent legal I'm sure the shooting in schools would've caused way less victims. Simply because it would've been more expensive and harder to get several guns.

If someone wants to buy a gun here, first he needs to get a permission, i.e. papers to be able to do that. That includes psychological tests afaik. I've never heard of students bringing guns and shooting people, in the history of both Slovakia and Czechoslovakia.

Sorry, should've been clearer, meant (mostly) in the US...
