1. If we define 2000-2009 as a "decade," who should take the title as band of the decade? In other words, where would U2 fit in against the likes of Radiohead and Coldplay?

For the record, it's pretty clear that U2 were numero uno in the '80s and they vied for the title in the '90s only to get some major competition from Pearl Jam.
  2. Radiohead certainly isn't, Coldplay makes a fair chance.

    My vote goes to:

    E street band
  3. Either Coldplay or Muse.
  4. U2 of course!
  5. I would go for Muse, going from Teignmouth to Wembley in 8 years is some acheviement

  6. I agree!

Second after is Coldplay for sure. They made their way to the top also in terms of mainstream and world wide success.

Obviously U2 also fight for the top with the massive sales hits of ATYCLB and HTDAAB, let alone the massively successful tours in this decade.
  7. I would also say Muse and regarding the 90's U2 also had some competition from REM, especially in the early 90s...
  8. Probably Coldplay
  9. Id say Coldplay, U2, Linkin Park
  10. I'd go for Muse or Coldplay at the moment
  11. Killers. Muse is a sick band too, but **** Coldplay.
