  1. I have that one, but haven't cared to listen to it properly. Maybe because it's All Because of you afterall, as a matter of fact. The vocal delivery that made it to the album is bottom dwelling, anyway.

  4. They should definitely win Rock Album, that's a no brainer.

    As for the first two, Crazy is a great song, but it's not really rock. I hope it wins but that's not too realistic

    If it doesn't, Life in Technicolor ii deserves to win as it is utterly brilliant (thanks to Eno), definitely moreso than Use Somebody by those rednecks (who ironically 'borrowed' much from U2's 80 work for Only By The Night).

    It was easily the best pop rock song of the year, which also might rule it out as it isn't really rock like Crazy Tonight. LiTii Is it nominated for best video as well right?



    Yes, All Because Of You isn't that bad, I much prefer the verses in the alternate version, but the chorus in the album version is better- Sigh- EXACTLY like NLOTH and NLOTH 2 - why do they always give us great songs one half at a time.

    Anyway there are much much worse songs than All Because of You... Crumbs anyone?

    Crumbs are ok. A Man And A Woman is bottom 3 of this decade (along with Grace and Cedars)

  8. No, A Man and a Woman is better than Crumbs. It maybe more adult contemporary than rock but at least it has groove. It's kinda like the In A Little While of HTDAAB.

    And no way in hell is Cedars bottom 3 of the decade.

    WRT to the Grammy's, I'm praying that Beyonce or Taylor Swift don't win album of the year. The other contenders are also crap though, though if I was forced to choose I would be least displeased if Lady Gaga won, her music is somewhat interesting, even if she is inane.

    U2 has been shut out so far at the 52nd annual GRAMMY Awards. Two of the band's three nominated categories were just announced during the pre-show awards ceremony. "I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight" lost to "Use Somebody" (Kings of Leon) in both the Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group and Best Rock Song categories.
