So why can't they make the setlist more variable for the tour concerts as well. I cannot imagine it's THAT A LOT of work to change some lighting automatics.

  2. I dont think so either.

The two Amsterdam shows had different lightning and videoclips for the same songs + the couple of songs that were different.

The tour costs 470 000 pounds a day. Money worth one day should produce some nice visuals from at least halve of their catalogue

Now that I'm looking forward to.

  4. Same here...actually, I'm more anxious to see what they're gonna do with their stage than with what setlist they'll play...

  5. Yeah, the Glasto event is probably the most exciting U2-related thing in the year so far... I want to see it too, I want to see how they solve the lack of their own stage and their own audience. It will be interesting
  6. So there will be a live radio broadcast for this? There usually is, no? Assuming they're going to focus on "the hits" this might be the download of all downloads on this site! Having the absolute best from the '80's, '90's (or should I assume Achtung Baby - they'll probably skip most, if not all, of Zooropa and Pop), and '00's in one "collection" would be fantastic!

Depends on your location. Will be available to watch live on the BBC here in the UK.
  8. totally forgot to mention it here ...
but I was lucky to get one of the few tix that went onsale some weeks ago, as part of the tickets that were not picked up ... dealing with sites that were offline, then all of a sudden, they were there ... then they threw you off again .... etc ... untill they put me in the waiting line ... waited for 10 minutes or so ... seemed like hours .... and then I could proceed .... totally unexpected ... I actually was shocked to see the option appear to buy a ticket .... ha ha .... its now all green light ... ticket has been paid for etc ... another dream about to come true ....
already had loads of fun thinking about what possible setlist they would come up with ....
this will be one hell of a start of my summer ... muddiving and all ... ha ha

  9. But I can at least count on some wonderful person from the UK to post the audio on this site...right? I'll really want it. No, I'll really need it!
  10. Any chance of being live on internet?

  11. Who cares? You will have a tremendous HD source just hours after the show... Why watching it in a crappy internet stream?
